ymail problems

My daughter recently changed her email to ymail.com. Everytime I send her an email it is returned to me. Why? I am on longtime account at bellsouth.net. Where would we go to get this straightened out, ASAP. She's pr in FL & I'm in MS.

About your question: This is actually not the place for technical questions, the Misc Forum would be a much better place for this. But I'm guessing, that you may have just got the email address wrong - ask her to send you an email and if that arrives, try answering with the "reply" button (or whatever it's called on bellsouth.net).
If you have further questions (also about this issue), please use the Misc Forum or we can move this thread there for you.

I would ensure that you have her whole email address correct.

Have her send you and email and then reply to it and see if she gets it. If she does, then you were typing something wrong.
