Question Re Restaurant Menu Layout

When laying out a restaurant menu, is there a specific order in which dishes should be listed? i.e. Meat, Poultry, Seafood, etc.?

I don't think you are going to find that answer in these forums. This is a technology/programming based forum. Not restaurants lol.
