Help

I am a user, not a developer, but I can't get help anywhere else. I'm tying to watch bball on the CBS NCAA web site, but I can't get it to work and if I attempt "Help," I get an error message: "javascript:voi d(0)" I've enabled Java and nothing works. Any help for a simple solution would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks - I've gone to the Java website and confirmed (using their method) that installation is correct, but still no luck.
