My project of the final semester is MTech degree is to implement a IEEE project about A fuzzy control scheme for video transmission in Bluetooth wireless.
please help me out of this problem. i dont get an idea how to code the programs,
I am told to use MATLAB simulator to show the performance analysis of image quality using and not using Neuro-Fuzzy method.
PLEASE PLEASE, can anybody help me out.

Can you define what a "fuzzy control scheme" is? Is it a scheme for controlling fuzz on a video transmission?
