This is not a JavaScript problem and since we haven't got a forum for Excel, I've moved it to Miscellaneous Questions.

Provide a bit more information, e.g. some sample data. Are you planning to use VBA for this? What code do you have so far?

PS. this may be suitable for the Access forum, but I'm not sure.
