How to print "printscreen" from Outlook 2000?

I am using Outlook 2000, window XP. I receive emails with "printscree n", for example other users press the "printscree n" button to capture the error message, paste it to outlook and email me, I couldn't print it out. What I get is only the text from the email plus a box with a little "x". Sometimes it doesn't even show the box. Is it because of my setting? What should I do to print both email text and those "printscree n"?

Perhaps the experts in the Windows Forum will be able to dig up a recent thread on this subject. Or they may be able to answer this question again.

if you get a red x, that is either the image wasn't sent properly or your security settings are too high (in outlook) that it auto deletes any images it thinks are a risk

I can see the image from my outlook. The original image that I saw in my outlook become "box" (sometimes with a red x) on the print out. Where and how should I do with the setting in order to print what I saw on my outlook?
