Steaming Video - Where do I start?

Hi all,

I've got a client that just asked me to set something up on the website to stream live workshops on the website. I just don't even know where to start. The idea is that they give business workshops that they video record. They want to stream the live audio / video directly to the website in real time and have people watch those feeds online. Can anyone direct me to how I would do something like this? Where do I start?

Nobody with experience in Streaming Live Video? I stumbled apon a site tonight, ustream.tv that looks like it might be what i'm looking for. Anyone ever use anything like this?
