I have a question regarding using the CiscoWorks Tool (Campus Manager specifically). I know that the tool uses CDP to discover devices on networks. I'm trying to find out if the CiscoWorks is able to use CDP to discover unknown the Serial Numbers associated with the disvovered devies on the network? Thanks in advance,
