Hi nirajjha. Your title says "Macros", but here you say "micros" twice, so I'm confused regarding the information you seek. Can you explain, please. Thanks.

        Hi,

Macro is a very useful function in MS-Word and Excel.
You can do repeatation of work or same job using Macro.
        Thus it reduces/save your time.

Goto to Tools Menu. Then you will find Macro Sub-Menu.
Click here. Chose Record New Macro. Provide a name and short cut .

Then do anything ( cut, copy , paste, formatting etc.)

Then Stop the Macro by clicking in stop button.

        Now Run the Macro.

        How to Run.

Use Short Cut you have given.
        Or
        Tool-macro-run.
I Hope it will help you.
