Need Help with Microsoft publisher 2003 forms

Hi All,

I am a newbie and need help.

I am creating a data capture website using microsoft publisher 2003.

everything is lovely except 2 things, after uploading my site to my host

1- My form ( where people submit info) Does not send it to my email nor am I able to save it on a file. My webhoseting provider supports Publisher as well as frontpage extensions..98 and above

2- When I hit the submit button it does not take me to the last page instead a (page cannot be desplayed Message showes up).

What am I doing wrong??
