He doesn't specifically say IE7, I agree IE has security problems across the board though.

The article was written just a month ago and IE7 was available if you downloaded it. Three vulnerabilities were detected in the first two weeks.
In any case, CNET does mention IE7 and says not to use it.

Lol I wasn't aware many people were using it... For them to make it a High Pri Security update is a complete joke. Not a huge FF fan I still think it renders pages slowly, I do however use/like/recommend Opera!
