Urgent Application

Hi All,
I need to develop an application that accepts users of a company and i want to develop a code for sending messages to all the users of that company provided that all the names of users are populated in the listbox.Upon selecting the username i need to send a message to that particular user.If i select all i need to send that message to all the users in that office.Please forward me the code as early as possible.

By send a message do you mean email or a message box?
And thats just rude asking for people to send the code to you.
I would have helped but you didn't explain well. :(
