Why won't this actionscript program work?

I think this code is from before i fixed some of it, but even when i fixed some, it would not allow me to delete movies or add an user. I know the program is useless because it creates a new database each time it is ran, but it does not have to be useful.
the first link is the program code, the second link is the object code. If you can fix it, I would very much appreciate it.
