plz anyone tell me how can i do a tighting effect like (Flash - Design & Consulting, Website Templates Number: 1068 - DreamTemplate) the globe.

Hi,

You can use this effect using simple masking of globe outline and image of globe.
just made figures over globe using outlines of globe and mask them with any other object. same with image over globe.
