I have a video file in .wmv format and size is 263MB. I want to convert it in flash format to display it on my site. I want ti use ffmpeg for this purpose. I got link to binaries for windows. the file is like ffmpeg-15666.tar.bz2 I have no idea what format is that, which software I would use to extract file from it. I also got GUI for it. i.e called Super. Please help me how do I get this job done. Is there any other way to convery file format.
