How can I speed up a 40 second FLV file to play in 4 seconds?

1. reset your Frame Rate to a higher number

I would use the first option so you wouldn't mess the graphics up by anything, so in your case 40 seconds to 4 seconds is a 40:4 ratio which is equal to a 10:1 ratio so all you have to do is multiply the current frame rate by 10 and set that as it...
