I'm working with a client's site where I have the header created in flash. The site is hosted by a third party and I have sent them the code for the flash header, which is hard coded to look for the swf on my company's server.
In the flash header I have an invisible box over the logo with a simple getURL, linking it back to the home page. This DID work when I tested it out in both IE and FF but now as of late the page doesn't go anywhere when I click on it in IE. FF is having no problem with the link and to make matters even stranger, it works fine on my IE at home. I'm wondering if it's an updated security thing (being that I have yet to update mine at home) and it's driving me crazy that it was working fine at one point and now suddenly it's not except on FF.
I'm hoping that someone out there may have a solution or suggestion that could help me out being that this is a a major thing for my company. Here's a little example of how I'm setting the code up on the invisible button
on(press){
getURL("full URL link here", "_parent");
}
