how do I create text that links to another frame?

I'm making a website that's consists entirely of flash [using Adobe Flash CS3 Pro]. I know how to create a button that functions as a link to another flash frame using the Button selection in the Components window and applying ActionScript. What I do not know how to do is create text within my static text fields that link to another flash frame.

For example, on the main home page I have static text of the latest website update. At the end I want to add a line of static text that says "For older updates, click here." with the "here" being a link that will load the 'previous updates' frame.

    How can I do this?

You will need to make that text into a button. I'm assuming you know what to do after that.
