I highly doubt it. You need Flash CS3 for that.

Could you elaborate a little bit? Are you trying to install AS3 in order to code with it, or are you just trying to run Flash files coded with AS3?

I try to install AS3 to coding.
And I don't want Flash CS3, I just want ActionScript3
