fscommand Help!

Hello:
For two years, I try to use this code in flash but does not work:

fscommand("exec", "MyFile.bat");

And there is more:

fscommand("mess agebox", "Hello!");
//And more fscommand codes.

Just [quit, allowmenu, showmenu, fullscreen, trapallkeys] keywords work fine.

Can anyone help me?
