this type of flash project isn't going to be easy. And even for someone with a lot of experience, this wouldn't be a walk in the park. It all depends on how much you know how to do

Dude i know i have a problem with this cause my flash experience is very limited. i am a css man and my boss wants this done, and i dont know where to start.

In response to the initial question, Flash has quite a few good tutorials included with it's install.

Flash Kit is the best resource to find working documents which you can view and play with.
