I'm a PHP programmer. Also I know flash. Is there any good career in MNC's in Flash and PHP? I want to become a Web Designer. To become a Web Designer, what is needed?

You have a great base already just learn HTM and you' re set.
If you can learn some Java. I'm assuming you know SQL...
Also Java scripting.

PHP and Flash are a great start for a small niche in the web-development market. However, the flow of the market seems to be pulling away from Flash, save for small, specialized areas. The best advice I can give is to put together a portfolio showcasing good, unobtrusive flash, with full featured PHP powered business logic driving it.Comment
