Adding buttons to AVI files

Hi all
Can anyone please tell me how to add buttons to interact with an imported AVI movie???
when i add the buttons and select "test movie " the buttons appear but the movie doesn't???

Btw searching through internet i have found more easy to use programm to convert .avi to flash it's VisiFly at visifly.com!

To convert avi to flash i use this great tool-Video to Flash Converter by geovid...
