Reverse engineering

Is it possible to reopen a swf file in order to reverse engineering?

not really, only if they (creator) allow you to.
if they do I think you can import it.

There are various programs that do this for you. You can't import the swf into flash and edit it. You have to decompile to fla file. The decompliers aren't perfect and you aren't actually allowed to do it.
