I am using excel 97-2000 operating system with wasp technolgies model # wpl 305 4" x 2" barcode labeler and only one of my label titles is locked out showing the error code 3061 too few parameters. How do I fix it ?

Is this in the Worksheet or the Labeler?
If it's the worksheet then someone has altered some information and the formula is now complaining about it.
This version of access is so old that not much support can be expect; however, go to the cell that shows the error, [F2] so that you can get at the actual formula, and do a copy paste to the forum.
Please click on the [CODE/] format button 1st, then past the formula from the cell between the [code] tags.
Without that information, there's nothing more that can be done to help you.
