Desktop software issue

Hi,

We've just opened a MyLiveChat on our website but we've got a problem to manage the chat. We've downloaded the desktop software, installed it but it doesn't work and open a blank window... Does anybobody encounter the same issue ? Is it another software we can use to use the chat ?

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
