I am not a programmer or IT person. Each month my power company sends me an e-bill for online payment. Until recently, I have been able to download the file and receive it as a pdf for viewing. For the past two months, when I download the file, it is received as an aspx file. The tech support department at the power company is unable to explain why this is happening. Can you help me? I am able to open the aspx file with a viewer I have installed, but the code is very long. Do you need it to answer my question?
When I download what is supposed to be a pdf file, why do I receive an aspx file?

Does it happen with all PDF files or just your company pdf's. Normally that means that the code used is not pointing to the proper location.
