When I download what is supposed to be a pdf file, why do I receive an aspx file?

I am not a programmer or IT person. Each month my power company sends me an e-bill for online payment. Until recently, I have been able to download the file and receive it as a pdf for viewing. For the past two months, when I download the file, it is received as an aspx file. The tech support department at the power company is unable to explain why this is happening. Can you help me? I am able to open the aspx file with a viewer I have installed, but the code is very long. Do you need it to answer my question?

Does it happen with all PDF files or just your company pdf's. Normally that means that the code used is not pointing to the proper location.

    Try this site:
Sorry, this page can’t be found. Please search SAP.com or check out the recommendations based on your search.

See if you can download this PDF

next try a different browser, chrome, firfox, safari and see if you can download with thoses.

My guess is it is bad development.
