db2 upgrade to v8.2

Hi,

We are running DB2 UDB v8.1 fix pack 7 on Redhat Linux AS3. See the output the db2level command from the database server below -

$db2level
DB21085I Instance "db2inst1" uses "32" bits and DB2 code release "SQL08020" with level identifier "03010106".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.0.64", "s040812", "MI00086", and FixPak "7". Product is installed at "/opt/IBM/db2/V8.1".

Is the current version equivalent to v8.2? if not, which fixpack I need to install to upgrade to v8.2?

Yes,

DB2 UDB 8.2 is same as v8.1 with DB2 fix pack 7.

DB2 v8.1.0.64 indicates that the system is at DB2 Universal Database version 8.2 for Linux
