DB2 problem, need help

this is the error that we encountered on one of our client

Health indicator::upca te probe500
ADM10500E Health Indicator "Monitor Heap Utilization"
("db2.mon_heap_ util")
breached the "upper" alarm threshold of "95%" with a value "100%" on "instance"

db2.mon_heap_cu r_size/db2.mon_heap_ma x_size)*100

what should i do with this?
