Found the following in an error log:

ADM5571W DB2 is marking object "0" of table "I810ZZ1.GL0099 8Z"
unavailable. This table will have to be dropped.

I can't find what causes the message.

It can be a failing update/insert/delete to the table with a
previously "activate not logged initially".
Or a failing LOAD ...
