Using DFSMS Copy

Hi,
I have 2 similar databases(with different names ofcourse :-) ) . Now for first database I am creating the backup copy using DFSMS utility. Can I use the same copy to recover another database . For eg., I have created a DFSMS backup copy for DB1 , now can I use this copy to restore/recover DB2 database.
