    SQL0332N There is no available conversion for the source code page

    Hi All,

    I've got 2 db2 udb 8.2 databases. One is code page 1208, the other
    819.

    With my LANG=C, I can't connect to the 1208 db. With my
    LANG=en_US.UFT-8 I can't connect to the 819 db.

    But sqllib/conv/12080819.cnv is there. Why can't it translate?
