Possible reason for these two error messages in db2diag.log

I checked db2diag.log. There are the following two kinds of error messages

    (I)
    2007-04-09-14.23.06.313673-240 I50090C517 LEVEL: Error

    PID : 54008 TID : 1 PROC : db2agentg (HAMDB2 ) 0
    INSTANCE: db2inst1 NODE : 000 DB : CAT_DWGS
    APPHDL : 0-604 APPID: CF82B7D0.C6B9.0 70409152519
FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, DRDA Application Server, sqljsTermAgentR eply, probe:10
MESSAGE : DIA5000C A DRDA AS token "AGENT TERMINATING" was detected. The
diagnostic data returned is (SRVDGN): "SQLERRP:SQLJCM N
    SQLCODE:-30081".

    (II)
    2007-04-12-11.59.24.415819-240 I117070C399 LEVEL: Error
    PID : 57050 TID : 1 PROC : db2agentg () 0
    INSTANCE: db2inst1 NODE : 000 DB : LETMAP
    APPHDL : 0-279 APPID: CF82B7CF.P9BF.0 E0E12155800
FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, common communication, sqlcctcpconnr, probe:110
MESSAGE : DIA3202C The TCP/IP call "connect" returned an errno="78".

    My question is,

    1. DB2_NUM_CKPW_DA EMON is 20 now. Should I just increase to 30 for the error message (I)?

    2. For the error message (II), What will be the potential reason to cause this message pump out? IS it related to the main frame be terminated? (Our main frame was disconnected from 9:30 to 11:30 at that day, 2007-04-12)

    Thanks a lot.
