DB2 V9 Migration Error: One or more errors...

I am running DB2 WSE on Windows 2003 Server. I am migrating from V8
fp12 to V9. I got the following error message on the screen near the
end of the installation.

One or more errors occurred while commiting the changes to the user
"DB2". Create or make any changes to this user manually.

If nobody has seen this, I'll open a pmr...
