    Express-C and Remote Desktop

Let's say that we have 2 users on Win XP PRO SP2 and they are both in
    DB2ADMNS group:
    USER1
    USER2

When I login with USER1 to console I can normaly use database (connect,
    select ...).
If I logout and login with USER2 I can still normaly use database as new
    user.

But if I first login as USER1 and then use the option Fast user switching
to login USER2 then I cannot use the database with newly logged in USER2.
When I try to connect to db I always get an error : No start database
    manager ...

It is also the same when using Remote Desktop.
If I login as user that is using console then you can work with db, but if
I login as different user then I always get an error.

I tried it on two different computers with Win XP PRO SP2 and the behaviour
    is the same.

I tried it also on WIN 2000 Server and the database is working fine no
matter which user is logged in and how (console or Remote Desktop).
Is this happening only on Win XP SP2?

Machine OS : WIN XP Pro SP2

C:\>db2 connect to TEST user USER2 using PASS2

C:\>db2 connect to TEST user USER2 using PASS2

    What is going on?

    Best regards,
