I have a database we just migrated to 8.1.6 on Windows and it is acting
very strange. I am alarmed that when I first start up the database and
I open the memory Visualizer the LockManager Heap Jumps to 97%. The
only connections at that point was a command line connection from a
remote machine. Does anyone know what would cause a sharp jump like
that with minimal transactions processing?
