DB2 Migration from 7.2 to 8.1

There is easy step by step about db2 migration from 7.2 to 8.1?
I have also to migrate the plataform too.
The machine that contains a DB2 7.2 is an AS/400 and the other that
will contain the DB2 8.1 is a Windows 2000.
Can anybody help me?

Check out the "Data Movement Utilities Guide and Reference" for DB2 V8.1 on
Windows.

You will not be able to do a simple database backup and restore.

You will need extract structure and export data. db2look/db2move
utilities and some hand works.
