SQLCODE -497 -how to resolve?

Good Morning!
How to resolve problem as below:

SQLCODE -497, Error: THE MAXIMUM LIMIT OF INTERNAL IDENTIFIERS HAS BEEN
EXCEEDED FOR DATABASE

We create many tables and delete, then we can't create new objects in
database, because OBIDs doesn't freeing. It exist any PTF for this?
