Why does keyboard and mouse freeze sometimes?

Keyboard and mouse freeze suddenly. Some time it is happen during job, some time than I not work. I need restart computer manually use switch on processor box. No virus found. I reinstall windows. I use Windows7 Please tell me suggestions.

Check the Windows event logs and see if there are any messages in there.

Also, try plugging in an alternate keyboard/mouse once the first freezes and see they are usable.

Perhaps your computer is getting overloaded. What applications are running when this happens? How much free space is on your hard drive? What size and type of RAM do you have? How many internet tabs do you have running? Are you running antivirus software?

It sounds to me like your computer is trying to do too many things at once.

Thank you for answer. Some times no progmas in computer. Ny RAM 4 Gb 500GB hard disk free 80%. I will try use different mouse but very strange to me mouse and keaboard stop working together.
