cfspreadsheet write error

I get this error while using the cfspreadsheet. I do not get the error in the development environment but I get it in the staging environment.

The error -- "coldfusion.exc el.ExcelProcess Exception: An exception occurred while using action=write."

You should check permissions and perhaps directory/file names are correct.
