How to convert static joomla template to responsive using bootstrap

Hi all,
I am quite new to Joomla CMS and I have done a bit of research and came up with a website that is complete.

The template is free called mega_extramy - Default

I really want to convert to responsive using bootstrap can someone here pls point me in the right direction?
