    Joomla basic question?

Where to go in administrator part of joomla framework to edit footer section. I need to a sitemap link in footer but don't know how to do it.

I think you need to go to your admin control panel and access template manager and select the template and click on Edit (far right) can be HTML.
When you see the coding area depending on what selection you made above, look for the keyword in the footer section and use you HTML skill to input you address and link name.

    Cheers!

If your template has a defined footer position, you should just be able to make a site map link in the menu manager, and position it (via modules) at your footer position. The modules section should have an already defined footer module. You can view it and see the info currently on it, and change it. This is of course if your html skills are lacking.

I would suggest going to admin control panel. As long as it is CMS it should be easy.
