Finding a solid software developer with great Ajax skills for DoD work

While this isn't a technical question, I would really appreciate someone's help in finding a solid software developer with great Ajax skills for DoD work with my company in Northern Virginia. It would allow someone to get a clearance and is an immediate need on some cutting edge solutions. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
