How to start a software development company?

I m working in software company.. as a developer... and now I want to start my own company. Can you suggest some name of Software Company? which is nice and not very popular.

Also, do any one know from where I can get more projects?

Pick a name that will tell your prospective clients what you are about.

For example if your focus is on database, then use words like:
data, database, db, information, etc

If your focus is industry specific like mobile:
mobi, mobile, air, wireless, handset etc.

To get projects, you'll have to do some marketing and some sales. Call people you might know at other companies, ask if they have any short term projects. Network, go to industry events. Market yourself by setting up a website, business phone, buy some advertising, etc. Get involved in online communities that cater to your type of software development.

As per you question "do any one know from where I can get more projects? "..... why you are not thinking about Freelancer, Guru, Elance? the are very good project portals... sign up at these sites and get projects very easily.
