link error : unable to open file 'TV.LIB'

i copied my project from my e-mail and i pasted it in a text document under turboC++/Disk/TurboC3/BIN/Sample1(name of the text document).
from then i was unable to run my programs
there is no compiler error
please help me out

Do you have tv.lib as a library in the linked section of your build?

Is tv.lib on your machine?

yes. i have turbo vision under the linked section

In options->linker->libraries what is selected?

It should be Standard Run Time.
