Which language is better for learning and for getting a great job? (PHP or C/C++).??

Well the "greatness" of a job is far more dependant on the people and the project and the attitudes/policies of the company than it is on the specific language in use.
Those 2 languages target different application areas, php is a web language, C/C++ has many different application areas including embedded programming, driver programming, OS programming.
