The easiest thing is touse a finite state automation, or state machine.

The C++ version of this uses e State Design pattern.

    Read this: http://bytes.com/topic/c/insights/66...patterns-state

This article shows both a C solution using a switch and a C++ solution using a hierarchy.

Post again if you are still stuck.

First of all, thanks for a response to the question. My problem is very low skills on programming language, so your response
does not help my simple question at all.

If your xml is simple writing your own parser wouldn't be that much work. If your xml is more complex use a real parser library.

If your problem is low programming skills then you'll just have to bite the bullet and study up. You don't just start flying an airplane and call yourself a pilot do you?

If you know a question, just answer it. You don't need to fly around to show it off as you know. it wastes people time to read your message which doesn't help. I bet that you know nothing at all about how to Parse a XML Barcode string.

I'm sorry you're getting frustrated with this.

My comment wasn't meant to be inflammatory I just wanted to say that sometimes doing things may take more work than you'd prefer.
