unhandled exception c 0000005 @ 012D1040

I am running XPHome and have received error message unhandled exception @ 012D1040. In order for me to delete registry what software does this apply to. I need to have info on where I will find this in regedit.

The program in question has tried to access an invalid memory address. Unless you are the programmer there is not much you can do about this.
