I am realistic, the only thing I have right now is the Vision and an idea that is logically described and prepared to be written in computer code.

Since I could not bring more to the table at this moment I started to study C++ programing my self so I will be able to offer more as an individual in a company.

Well, a good idea might be enough to attract some programmers that enjoy working on some project in their free time.

With no financial plan, however, the only type of programmers you might get are the ones that spend an hour or less per day on the program. This might just frustrate you more than help you.

In the end it's up to you what you do. For instance, I would gladly work on a opengl project that would interest me (I do have a passion for graphics). However, in my spare time, I'm working on a graphics project of my own, so I would really have to see the value in your project before I abandon mine.

In the end, you have to ask yourself if you honestly can learn C++ and any other libraries API you might need to have a product that works as designed. It might seem simple, but in my experience, it just isn't.

Maybe look for venture capital? That virtual company concept sounds interesting as well.

It all depends on the idea... And good luck!

Thank you for a reply, I started to gather up programers from close/distant friends and will see how it go from here.
