concept relates to inter-process communication and has no definition
in C++ language. Just like you can overload 'new' and 'new[]' to
allocate memory from any particular source, you can overload them
to allocate memory with any particular platform-specific traits, for
example, as shared between processes. Now, we can't tell you how to
do that because that's platform-specific. As to how to overload
'new' and 'new[]' there are so many sources on the web and in print
that it makes no sense to repeat them here.
